Query Odata for changes

Hi all, is it possible to query an Odata service and import only records that have changed from the previous call?  I would normally do this via ETL and data mart but, in this case, I'm restricted to only using PowerBI.  Is there a way I can somehow structure a query to compare rows with previous import perhaps?  Anyone done this before?

Thanks!

@saunders Incremental data load in power bi is not supported and you should vote for this idea here. Until then you will have to leverage some middle layer to achieve incremental load.
