Query Caching in Import vs DirectQuery

I published my dataset in power bi service and I could see an option of Query Caching in dataset settings.

How does this feature work in datasets in import storage mode and also in DirectQuery Mode?

Let's say I'm the first user in the morning to open a report in pbi service and if some of my colleagues open the report after me, will they see a faster loading of visuals as I have opened already?
