I was attempting to use python to process imported SQL Data.
I have restarted my PC already. I uninstalled, repaired, and upgraded python to 3.8.0 from 3.7.2. I have switched between 32 bit and 64 bit python. Any one know what the actual issue is?

This could not be caused by the power Bi desktop and python virtual environment. This could be caused by your Windows operating system. You can refer to this document.
