Hi All
Hoping you can help, until recently I have been able to make changes to a report in desktop and publish back up to the service with the same name overwriting the original. It would bring a pop up as below and i wouild click replace:
Recently when trying to publish an amended report to overwrite the existing i get an error message to say existing report/dataset with the same name:
Has there been a recent change to publishing? how do I solve this? it doesnt seem like it would be best practice to delete a report from service each time i need to make a change especially as they are in apps for end users.
Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
