According to the error message, you will need to set up an on-premises data gateway for the dataset.

Please check the document and follow the steps to install and manage gateway.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/service-gateway-onprem 

1. Download and install the gateway on a local computer.
2. Configure the gateway based on your firewall and other network requirements.
3. Add gateway admins who can also manage and administer other network requirements.
4. Use the gateway to refresh an on-premises data source.

'there is no data gateway to access the data source' is the alarm you can see in pink highlight.

Also, you should post the actual error message upon clicking - 'See details'

yea... did that... anyways heres the updated picture. no option to "see details"
