Project tasks progress

Hey guys !

I'm having a problem here, I need to take the task dashboard we have in our business :

 It represents task progress by week. What I want to do is to present all of this as percentage of total. It's easy for the gray and green curves, but I can't manage to get the red curve (actual work) to stop at the last task done and show that as the total task completion (about 60% here). Any ideas on how to solve this ?
