Problem with connect between SharePoint and Power BI

I try to refresh my dashboard in PBI. Dashboard load data from SharePoint folder. Time to time when I update my dashbord an error occurs: SharePoint: Request failed: https://iweof.sharepoint.com/teams/o365g_rucscbsdatabase_retruc01/Shared Documents/Teleperformance/March - 1105 Daily weekly calls_xlsx/_api/contextinfo

Everything is fine with the file March - 1105 Daily weekly calls_xlsx, it is located at the specified address.

Hi  @Anonymous ,

Do you connect sharepoint in desktop or Service?

If it's in desktop, try to delete the data source (File->Options and Settings->Data Source Settings->Clear Permission) and reconnect it then publish to Service to see if it works.

Best Regards,
Kelly

Hi @v-kelly-msft ,

I use sharepoint like Service. Without desktop app installed.

Kind Regards,

Andrey

Hi  @Anonymous ,

Could you pls go to "dataset">"edit permission" to modify it and try again?

Best Regards,
Kelly
