Problem with circular dependency in two tables

Hello,

I have two tables as follow:

Table: Calendar

Column: "Date" which contains a formula "Calendar = CALENDARAUTO(3)"

Table: UK holiday

Dateis_working_day
01/04/20180
02/04/20180
03/04/20181
04/04/20181
05/04/20181
06/04/20181
07/04/20180
08/04/20180
09/04/20181

When I try to create a relationship and link by Date in both tables, I have a circular dependency problem.  Is there a way to fix that?

Thanks,
Ricky

I've seen that circular dependency error before.  When creating the relationship, select the UK Holiday table first (top of the relationship), and select the calculated Calendar table second.

Here's a pbix file with your sample data and the relationship created:

@ssugar,

Thanks, it seems it is actually a defect rather than a circular dependency error...

Yup, it looks like it might be.  It seems to occur whenever I try to create a relationship with a calculated table on top.

Cheers,
