The data is obtained from an api and those are the visuals that are used generic

It is hard to troubleshoot your issue from a snapshot. Please provide some more information to help us clarify this.
As you said, they are from API. What type of data connector are you worked on? Have you checked the backend dataset setting to confirm if the connection works?
