Problem accessing PBI Text Box

When I open a Text Box in PBI Desktop

I receive the following message - "To turn on Q&A, we need to create a local index of your data. If you publish the report, we'll create one in the service as well".  And no way to access actual Text Box...

Plz advice - how to overcome this and why is this msg apperas...

@Hell-1934 , Enable this option in Power Bi Desktop  Under Options and Settings -> Options -> Local -> Data Load

Restart power bi desktop and try.

 

You might need to enable same at tenant level too
