Problem Connecting MySQL: Host blocked

Hi experts,

I'm getting the error Host ‘IP’ is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with ‘mysqladmin flush-hosts.

I have installed Connector/NET 8.0.21. I already increased the connection limit to 3000 but is not working and try with the command 

The user has access to the server and I already executed  mysqladmin flush-hosts  command.

We don't have any gateway Installed as the refresh is manually.

Any idea?

Do you connect it in desktop? and the refresh was manually triggerred in desktop? 

Could you plz make sure you're using the latest MySQL connector?

@Anonymous , were you able to connect to mysql, once? Check if ip whitelisting is needed.
