I have a number of charts and other visuals in the report. How can stop any interactivity with my visuals? What's happening is when I click on a chart for example the columns are getting highlighted/selected. I dont need that. Any advice?
Thanks

Ah sorry, I misunderstood the first question.
I actually don't think it's possible to remove a users ability to highlight data in the visual itself. What you could do as a workaround I guess is to create a shape with 100% transparency over the visual so that it "blocks" the ability to select anything there. It is a bit tedious, but could be a way forward for you.
@TomasAndersson I tried that. My test is very simple. I open the report, I click on empty space, then click on the chart. The column gets selected.

Hi!
Check out "Edit interactions" under the format ribbon, there you can adjust what happens when you select visuals.
Hope this helps!
Agreed. I would start with Edit Interactions.
