Hi, I would like a team developing a tabbed dashboard for me to use a UI approach that each sheet (accessed via bookmark) have a slightly different background. I am seeking for them to implement layout in a manner similar to how it is done in the layouts in https://powerbi.tips/ (i.e. https://powerbi.tips/product/layouts-sunset-free/).
I am being told that this approach is impossible, which I find improbable ...
The limitation raised by the developer is "if we want to use drill through from other page into our dashboard, then we should use a single page for our layout".
The reason given is that a filter value passed when drilling into our report will be available only on the launched sheet/page and when we follow the bookbark to a different page within the report the value passed-in an applied on 1st sheet/page will be lost.
Is this a real limitation?
If not, can you help me guide developer who to preserve a value passed-in on filters across pages within a report?

Hello @drorli ,
Review the following documentation and see if they can meet your requirements.
Add a report-level filter to filter an entire report
Synchronize and use targeting on other pages

Thank you. Meanwhile I was told that we can use slicer+navigation on the source report instead of drilling.
Asked team to check the links you sent.
