Presenting data from Ranking question in MS forms

Hi, 

Looking for some advice on presenting data from a Ranking question from MS forms.

I can find very little information regarding this on the fourms which I found strange.  This is the only post I found 

Rankings from Microsoft Forms - Microsoft Power BI Community

Can anyone provide any advice on this subject?
