Formatting measures used in text

Hi,

 

Thanks to another user's help, i have managed to correctly format measures on a card or on a visual. However these formatting options are not used if i include the measure in a string the format is lost

 

subtext = "value in "&[starting year]&":"&[% measure]

 

I also have a dynamic table where i've included some measures inside a switch. Most measures also don't appear with the same format as when they are used in a visual like a chart or a card.

Is there a way to have a standard format for a measure wherever this measure is used?
