PowerBi DirectQuery

Hello, I am editing a PowerBi made by someone else, and I would like to transform it into DirectQuery, however, the option does not appear.

I went on:

Transform Data> Data Source Settings> Change Source

Hi @GustavoSouza ,

I'm afraid it is not supported in Power BI. It is impossible to change import mode to DirectQuery mode.

Reference: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-storage-mode#use-the-storage-mode-property:

Changing the Storage mode of a table to Import is an irreversible operation. Once set, this property can't later be changed to either DirectQuery or Dual.

Best Regards,

Icey
