PowerBi Connecting to Data Source Error: (CreateFile: The system cannot find the file specified)

I am getting the following error when I tried connecting a data source to my PowerBi file. When connecting to the data source, there was a message saying "Please wait while we establish a connection".After 20 minutes, it ends up freezing for about 5 minutes, but then finally, I am able to select the tab I want in the Excel file to start building queries. Then a debug.log file appears beside the excel file with the following errors: CreateFile: The system cannot find the file specified. (0x2). My colleague Garlon may chime in on this thread as well.
