PowerBI XIRR is not calculating right

[GAPER]

I am able to get this in excel but not in XIRR dax formula. (excel giving the right one as 14%) Anyone know what I should do?? Thanks.

I just realised it because in the original data set there are empty cash flow columns. Thanks everyone for the help.
