PowerBI RDS PSQL Connection

In PowerBI Reporting server, We are suffering an issue with PowerBI PSQL RDS connection. The issue is with the RDS CA certificate with Amazon. If we enable ssl on the server and FIPS on the server we are receiving the following error:

They talk about creating our own NPGSQL driver https://github.com/npgsql/npgsql.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi @jhester ,

I would suggest checking a few things that may help resolve the issue more directly:

• Validating the SSL certificate on the RDS
• FIPS compliance
• Npgsql version
