PowerBI PowerApps visual - Error "Cannot Open Web Browser , the link is malformed

I had published powerapps app and when I play the app from make.powerapps.com it is all working fine and as expected.App is simple one pager with button (functionality-for launching cloud excel file in app).

In POWERBI/PBIX file when used powerapps visualization and included this app from POWERBI desktop and published to service . Powerapps page gets displayed and when I click on button , below error message getting displayed-

As I mention powerapps play version working fine.

In powerbi desktop/service when this powerapps integrated it is not working.
