Measure works on desktop but not when published.

I use the following measure to Show top 30 results for a clustered bar chart.  

Top 30 Injury Cause Desc. Freq then Sum = CALCULATE([Count of Total Gross Incurred +0],KEEPFILTERS(TOPN(30,ALL(LossRunToExcel[Injury Cause Desc Not Specified]),[Count of Total Gross Incurred +0],DESC,[Sum of Total Gross Incurred], DESC)))

It works fine on desktop Power BI but once I publish it, it is as if the filter for TOP N is not working as I see way more than 30. 

What may be the problem?

@bdehning First things first, make sure to hit the "Reset to default" icon in the ribbon in the Service. That can often fix issues like this.

It's funny how many things that did fix when I reset all filters, slicers and other data on the service side.

@bdehning Personal bookmarks are automatically created when you visit a report in the Service. It is meant to be a helpful feature and in most cases it is. You come back to the report and it is filtered the same way you left it. But, it can cause issues like this.
