@Anonymous , I think File.Contents is missing. Parameter1 is the path  as parameter

example 

Source = Csv.Document(File.Contents(Parameter1),[Delimiter=",", Columns=6, Encoding=1252, QuoteStyle=QuoteStyle.None]),
