PowerBI Measure not grouping by count

I have an issue where I can't get my measure to show a summary count correctly.

Here are my data visuals:

Wargent92_0-1695054367426.png

The table on the left correctly groups each code into Above average or Below average based on number of items.

Now I want to show a summary count of all codes based on this measure. but it just gives me total and above average which is not correct.

Formulas used:

UK Avg = CALCULATE([Avg Items],ALLSELECTED(GBQ_epraccur202305[Organisation_Code],GBQ_epraccur202305[Name],GBQ_epraccur202305[Postcode]))

Total Items vs UK Average = [Total Items]-[UK Avg]

Status = if([Total Items vs UK Average]>0,"Above Average","Below Average")

Can anyone advise what I'm missing here?

Hi @Wargent92

You can refer to the following solution

1.Create a table

e.g

Type={"Above Average","Below Average"}

2.Then create a new measure

Counts =
CALCULATE (
    DISTINCTCOUNT ( GBQ_epraccur202305[Organisation_Code] ),
    FILTER ( GBQ_epraccur202305, [Status] IN VALUES ( Type[Value] ) )
)

Then put the column of type table and the counts measure to the table visual, you can see the related value.
