Power bi report server refresh

Hey Folks,

I got a pbi db set up and connected through mysql database and has been set up into scheduled refresh. Everything was working fyn untill 9/12/20 since the refresh works fyn but nothing new shows up ( updated data). there is no error it refreshes fine but nothing new shows up. Did anyone encounter such situation and help me to fix this .

it works fyn with desktop. also once refresh started it never finishes off!!

@Anonymous , In case you are using the gateway, have checked if it working properly.

Make sure it up and running.

You could try restarting your browser and logging out and back in.

Just wondering, do you have any filters turned on? Also try clicking on these 2 buttons, Refresh and Reset to Default.

If they don't work, maybe you could try republishing your report from Desktop.
