Power Query Filter Rows Basic UI bug

Is it me or the basic Filter Rows box in Power Query is weird/bugged? Using the 2.128.952.0 64bit

The Advanced option looks okay

I just verified, I am also using the same version. Seems like a bug,

Hope the Power BI product team will fix it in the next release.
