Power Query Editor unable to load data in navigation step (MySQL db)

Does anyone have any idea why the "Navigation" step in the Query Editor won't load data but it works if SQL statement is specified?

This is what happened:

• I have a MySQL database, which I can connect from MySQL Workbench.
• I try to use PowerBI to Get Data from the MySQL database, I can successfully connect, and see the list of tables.

 

• However, when I choose any one of the table, and click "Edit", the data won't load.

 

This is strange because the data will be loaded instantly if I specify the query statement in the Advanced Options.

Clear permissions in data source settings and try the latest version of Power BI Desktop.
