Power Query: Add rows based on values in a list (based on combinations

Hi Power BI gurus!

My question, not sure if that is actually possible to realize:

I have a query with materials and another query with locations. Now what I want to do is to insert a list on row level in my base query material, which contains the information of each location from the other query. And by opening the list I want it to create new rows for all available combinations between material and locations.

In other words, I am too lazy to write down all possible combinations, so I want Power BI to add each combination based on my base query (material). So that in the end I have duplicated rows for each material but a unique material-location combination per row too.

Hope you got my point folks.

Thanks!

@I_LOVE_POWER_BI , Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.

This is less about the actual use case but more a general question whether it is possible at all or not to create new rows based on invoking a list into each row....

@I_LOVE_POWER_BI , Create a table using a list or Enter data and append it to your existing Table

That didn't work - because it add only null values in all other columns.

So here is more concrete what I want:

@I_LOVE_POWER_BI , Expand the list into rows. Either you should see an option on column two right angle(opposite direction) or on the right click.

The problem is, I don't know how to get to step 2 in my picture above. How to add such a column that includes to list???
