Power Query: Add rows based on values in a list (based on combinations

I_LOVE_POWER_BI , Create a table using a list or Enter data and append it to your existing Table
That didn't work - because it add only null values in all other columns.
So here is more concrete what I want:
I_LOVE_POWER_BI , Expand the list into rows. Either you should see an option on column two right angle(opposite direction) or on the right click.

The problem is, I don't know how to get to step 2 in my picture above. How to add such a column that includes to list???
