Power Bi to Intune using application-only authentication

Hi all,

Im struggling to connect to power bi using application only -authentication. I am following the below steps . https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/developer/reports-proc-get-a-link-powerbi

All resources online suggest connecting via credentials but when trying to connect via API I get access to resource is forbiden or API key name must be specified. 

Furthermore Ive tried using M to connect similar to below but still no luck.  

= OData.Feed("link", null, [ApiKeyName = "name"])

Do I just create an account with read only access to the data warehouse or is it possible to do this with application-only authentication. Unfortunately Im very new to intune and getting data through API's but any assistance would be much appreciated.
