Hello,
I am going to use Power Bi to create reports for my organization. I currently have a Pro account that is linked to my corporate enterprise ID. I would like to set up a file to create reporting from but I need it to be sustainable if I am no longer involved in the reporting. I will be going away on a Military LOA and my Enterprise ID will be inactivated for the year.
If I create reports on Power Bi Desktop and my Enterprise ID/Account that created the reports is no longer active, will the reports still survive and be editable by other users? I was planning on keeping the source file stored on a SharePoint Site.
Additionally, I am connecting to SharePoint lists and do not see a way to connect via the online platform. I considered setting up a workspace but I can not get the data that I need.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

You should be fine as long as no sources are stored on your computer and the PBIX is stored in a shared location.
If another person takes it over, they can manually change the sources as well if it for some reason tries to go through your C and/or one drive.
