Power Bi Help and Learning

So i am in need of some reports and i just keep running into walls because i dont have proper training in power bi and I really dont have time to go throught the long way. I was wondering if anyone on here is willing to help learn what i may not be understanding on the 2 main reports I am lost at. I pretty sure it is that i just dont undtand the structure of where and how thing works in power bi. if you are willing maybe we can do some sort of callaboration and work on it togther. I would realy appreciate it. I do have a learning disablilty but i dont let it stop me from figuring things out. Please reach out and I will fill you in on what I need. I have already started the projects several different ways and have been through just about every solution out there including what is on the group.

Thank you for the help. so belowe is the 1st one I need

3 tables 

1st Table Items

2nd Table Transactions

3rd Tablke Table Transaction Items

I would like to select an item and see all items from all contracts that have that item on it. I keep running into the problem of only seeing the item I select on all contracts and not the rest of the items. I am not sure how to post without my actual data so that is why I am starting this way.

I also forgot to mention I am using power bi desktop and pulling data from sql server
