Power Bi Design Suggestion needed

I have two filed parameters for Report columns and measures and i want to build same visual in power bi

yes it's an BO report but we need to impplement same replica in power bi

As suggested You may have to make use of Metrix visual or Paginated report in PBI report Builder. As BO cant be exactly replicated with PBI .

Does the screenshot 1 is from another reporting tool like BO/ Cognos where you have applied sections on Storage Location Name?

If yes try using Matrix Visual with applying the stepped layout on Storage Location Name as row. It wont give you exact view but similar one
