Hi @Pomodoro,
Thank you for the update,The tag can sometimes work in Power BI Report Builder, but it’s not always reliable, especially in header cells or when exporting to formats like PDF. Your workaround of using different font sizes is actually a dependable solution.
If you’d like to refine it even more, here’s a method that should work consistently:
Basically, you’re manually simulating the superscript, and that gives you full control over how it looks, regardless of export format.
If the response has addressed your query, please 'Accept it as a solution' and give a 'Kudos' so other members can easily find it.

Hi @Pomodoro ,
Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.
Try these steps:
To Add Superscript to a Column Header
Open your paginated report in Power BI Report Builder. Select the header cell for the column in your Table or Tablix.
Right-click the cell and select Placeholder Properties. In the Value box, enter your text, as:
Status1
Set the option to HTML Interpret HTML tags as styles.
Click OK .Run the report to ensure that Status¹ appears as intended.
If the column header is not using a placeholder, you can delete the default text and insert a new placeholder inside that cell to enable HTML interpretation.
If the response has addressed your query, please Accept it as a solution and give a 'Kudos' so other members can easily find it

thank you very much for your help Sreeteja.
I tried this solution but unfortunately it didn't work.
Without a proper solution, I will go for a workaround like :
"STATUS " size 9
"1" size 5
