I was trying to load a custom connector to my om-premises data gateway. But for some reason, the UI does not show the "Load custom data connectors from folder:" text box and the browse button. My gateway is August 2023 version and I uses default PBIEgwService account. Any idea what the possible reason is?

I test it in my standard and personal mode gateway, all of it work well.
Standard mode:
Personal mode:
Please try to uninstall and re-install the gateway.
