Power BI - export data isn't working

Hi cintia_perrone 

Please check power bi desktop file File > Option & Setting > Option


In Power BI Service, check this setting under Admin 

 

If not solved, go to your browser setting, change automatic download location to manual download location
Disable Popup blocker

    Hi PijushRoy 

    I changed the report configuration as you suggested.

    I checked the "Export to Excel" and "Export to csv" options in the portal admin and they are enabled. As the report is embedded, I've talked to the end user and the popups are disabled. I asked the user to perform a new test and it still has the same problem. Do you think there might be some other configuration?
