@amirabedhiafi you need to have Embed SKU which are A or EM Skus and also need a Power BI Pro license to publish reports into this service. Thru embed (Rest API), you can embed dashboard/report/or a single visual.
You can also manage user credentials on your portal (whatever way you want) and you can pass that user info for RLS. You need to implement RLS in your report so that users
