Power BI does not include all rows in the visualized list

Hello, I have two rows in my Lists app but whenever I use Power BI to generate a visualized list it only includes one row's information in the results. I've tried reading other forums addressing this issue but I could not find a solution for my issue. I just started using this app yesterday so any detailed instructions would be helpful. Thank you very much!

Hi, @Hpat

If the field you add to the visual object shows Sum of sth., you can set Don't summarize to show all the data.

If this doesn't solve your problem, you can share non-sensitive screenshots, tables, etc. related to the problem for testing.

Hi @Hpat

Sometimes you might not see all the data in a visual. Here are a few things to check:

  • Filters and Slicers: Make sure you haven't applied any filters or slicers that might be hiding data.
  • Aggregation: Check if the data is being displayed with some aggregation like count, sum, etc.
    • If that's the case, use the "Don't Summarize" option in the report view.
