Power BI cloud installing automatically

We have Power BI Desktop installed but the cloud version asways installs automatically, is there a way to stop this?

nvm, I was misunderstanding things 😄 but I would like to disable the sign in pop up when I open Power BI Desktop. I found this:

but can't find these registry keys on my computer.

@Anonymous  you should only really get it once, if you say already have an account, and then cancel the sign in, you shouldn't get it popping anymore

It promts me for sign in every time I open it, is there no way to disable this prompt?

@Anonymous  i usually only get it once if its a new installation.   Once ive clicked it away it doesn't usually come back so not sure if there is another way

@Anonymous  what do you mean the cloud version installs automatically, that doesn't really make sense, the cloud version is a website you go to, you dont need to install it.

can you explain whats happening.
