Ok, so I am completely new to Power BI and Databricks, so my apologies if my question is silly.
I connected Azure Databricks to Power BI Deskto using Partner Connect, as outlined here (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/databricks/partners/bi/power-bi). Everything worked, and I have got my data tables.
And here is my question. When I start transforming data in Power BI Desktop (e.g. deleting columns, adding filters, changing data types, and etc.), do these transformations change original data tables in Azure Databricks too? Or they only affect data tables in Power BI?
As I am completely new to Power BI, I want to avoid making any permanent changes to the original data tables in Databricks.
Thanks for your help!

If you make any changes in the table using Power Query like adding a custom field and Deleting irrelevant columns, these changes will not impact the source table.
