I have the below table:

Dept	Description	Name	Location	Acheivement
Medical	Awarded for best in medical	Mr A	USA	Achieved in Med
Admin	Awarded for best in admin	Mr B	Canada	Achieved in effective management of Admin
IT	Awarded for best in IT	Mr C	USA	Achieved in effective management of IT
Mechanical	Awarded for best in Mechanical	Mr D	USA	Achieved in effective management of Mech

My desired visual output should be like below:

Description	Acheivement	Name	Location
	Medical
Awarded for best in medical	Achieved in med	Mr A	USA
	Admin
Awarded for best in medical	Achieved	Mr B	Canada
	IT
Awarded for best in medical	Awarded for best in IT	Mr C	USA
	Mechanical

I want the department to be at the top of every records. Could anyone help me to get me to the desired output? I have also attached the below image if the above desired table format isn't clear.

I believe the values of Description column in the output provided is incorrect. Can you please confirm?

They are dummy data, the overall structure of the output is the same. The values are mocked
