| IT | Awarded for best in IT | Mr C | USA | Achieved in effective management of IT | |
| Mechanical | Awarded for best in Mechanical | Mr D | USA | Achieved in effective management of Mech |
My desired visual output should be like below:
| Description | Acheivement | Name | Location |
| Medical | |||
| Awarded for best in medical | Achieved in med | Mr A | USA |
| Admin | |||
| Awarded for best in medical | Achieved | Mr B | Canada |
| IT | |||
| Awarded for best in medical | Awarded for best in IT | Mr C | USA |
| Mechanical | |||
| Awarded for best in medical | Awarded for best in IT | MR D | USA |
I want the department to be at the top of every records. Could anyone help me to get me to the desired output? I have also attached the below image if the above desired table format isn't clear.
