Power BI Rest API in Power BI Desktop

I am looking to GET data from Power BI's REST API into Power BI Desktop. Is there a way to do this directly in Power BI Desktop?

You can do it on Power BI Desktop.

When getting data, select "Web"

I'm looking specifically to connect to Power BI's REST API, not just general direction on how to connect to any REST API. Does Power BI's REST API provide a Bearer Token to connect to their API?
