My requirement is user should enter BudgetAmount value in report and based on Budget amount values, remaining calculations are driven. so i choose Numeric Range option and so when i enter 600k(600000) as budget, but display values returning 600400.00
how to get exact input value .

Regarding your question, after you switched the slicer to ' less than or equal ', did it create a measure with the expression in my picture?
Measure = MAX('Parameter'[Parameter])
After testing, I cannot reproduce your problem for the time being. If the problem still exists, can you share your .pbix file?

I tried both options setting data type to decimal 2,0 and less than or equal or single value, doesnt work.

Check Data Type and Formatting: Ensure that both the parameter and the measure are using the correct data type and format.
