I am giving trainings on PBI desktop. Some of my customers have the English version, others are working in German. Currently I find it extremely inconvenient to travel with two laptops for the approriate language versions.
I realize the language option in PBI settings has gone. (Why...?)
So, now: Is there a way to install both versions on the same PC? If so: Are there any special considerations? Any problems that I should be aware of?
Any help greatly appreciated,
Jörn.

If you have Windows 10, you can install 2 versions. One is the version from the Microsoft Store, then the other would be the normal download version.
I've done that for testing with different month builds, but never different languages, but I don't see why it wouldn't work.
DAX is for Analysis. Power Query is for Data Modeling

I'll just try that and get back to you if it doesn't work.
I apologize for taking so long to answer. The last days have been very busy.

The option that you mention does no longer exist in current versions of PBI
