Power BI Desktop 32-bits unstable?

Hi everyone,

What are your thoughts on the 32-bits version of Power BI Desktop? Me and my colleagues have to work with this version because of conflicting office versions.

I work with it everyday and have at least 4 crashes a day. My colleagues have many crashes as well.

I also have the 64-bits version on an other computer and haven't got a single crash yet.

Is the 32-bits version unstable?

The application of 32 bit and 64 bit is the same but the processing performance is superior in 64 bit. At some point with large data model, (eg in the millions of rows), 32 bit will most likely stop responding. If you have a choice, I'd like to suggest you to use 64 bit version, it support more memory to use on power bi desktop.

We are currently trying to install the 64 bit version or the 32 bit version and receiving an exit code 0xd9492 😞

Same problem, even with small datasets... Really anoying, because I can't work properly..
