Thats what exactly I mean.
Below is the link for excel file format with the graph. I would like to create the chart in power BI without changing the table format.

For your table format, I'm afraid that we cannot create that chart in power bi.
As a workaround, you could duplicate the original table and then Unpivot the date columns for the table 2 in query editor so that you could get the date column as the x axis for the clustered column chart.
In addition, I have a little confused about the Sales 14 and Sales 13, it seems that there is no column named Sales 14 and Sales 13 in your table format.
