I need to convert this Tableau fnction into dax..
Percentage diff = COUNTD([Completed Visits])/SUM([Fixed Visit Count]),
fixed visit Count =
{ FIXED YEAR ([START_DATE]),[FINANCIAL_CODE],[Region Breakdown],[PRIM_CODE]: COUNTD([VISIT_NO])}
i need to find this fixed visit count then i want to calculate percentage diff.

Anonymous better to share sample data and the expected output. Not necessarily people know what Tableau formulas are doing.

Anonymous unfortunately it doesn't help. It is a screenshot from Tableau, and I have no idea what I'm looking at. As suggested post a sample data and the expected output.
