I have a Lenovo P51, 32GB, Windows 10 Entrepise Edition installed with the most recent version of Power BI Desktop (x64) version 2.60.5169.4101.
When i try to launch it I get the error
application cannot start correctly "0xc0000005".
I have tried the following:
1. Disabling my Kaspersky Anti-Virus, Uninstalled and Re-installed Power BI -> did not work
2. Upgraded my Windows 10 from version 1607 to to the latest version 1803 -> did not work
3. Updated my DirectX -> did not work
4. Started my computer in Safe Mode and launched Power BI -> worked !
5. Performed a Clean Boot -> did not work
5. Started my computer in Low Resolution Mode -> did not work
Is there a solution to this problem.

Hi @v-yulgu-msft,
I solved the problem yesterday by uninstalling my Kaspersky Anti-Virus and Triton Web-Sense. I have just re-installed Kaspersky and my 64bit Power BI now launches without an error. Not sure if it is the version of Kaspersky version that had a problem or if it's Web-sense
{But yes, 32-bit version of Power BI desktop was working without a problem. Thanks!}

Hi @ndegwakg,
Per my research, it looks like a problem more related to Windows 10 System rather than Power BI itself. Would you please try Power BI Desktop 32 bit version to see if it works?
