Power Automate (export excel on dekstop)

Question

Hi All&nbsp;I have created a report on power bi and then I published it on web to make my colleagues see the report. As the report has been published i cannot add the "export data" function for the visuals (through the three dots). So I read on the web that a solution can be to set a Power Automate button on the page. Do you know if it is possible to create this button and make viewrs export data on excel dekstop (not on sharepoint).&nbsp;Thanks!!&nbsp;&nbsp;

As the report has been published i cannot add the "export data" function for the visuals (through the three dots)
Most likely you forgot to enable the export options before publishing.

Hi, I did it. I created a new power bi on dektstop, then I clicked on the option you told me. After that i saved it and published on power bi service. Then i created embed code in order to share through a link the report. but i cannot see the export option if i open the report through the link&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

My bad, I didn't realize that you published to Web.&nbsp; That comes with limitations.
