Power Automate (export excel on dekstop)

Hi All

I have created a report on power bi and then I published it on web to make my colleagues see the report. As the report has been published i cannot add the "export data" function for the visuals (through the three dots). So I read on the web that a solution can be to set a Power Automate button on the page. Do you know if it is possible to create this button and make viewrs export data on excel dekstop (not on sharepoint).
