PostgreSQL 22021 ERROR

Estou com um erro de conexão para tabelas com caracteres especiais.

Ja utilizo o conector npgsql 4.1.4.

Tentei conexão ODBC, fiz a conexão no banco, porém as tabelas não carregam.

Alguma sugestão?
